Terms and conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of RevCruise. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and "you" means that company.

Who we are

RevCruise is operated by Random Unicorn SIA, a company registered in Latvia under registration number 40203681590, with its registered office at Paleju iela 52 - 2, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia. Contact: help@revcruise.io.

What RevCruise does

RevCruise generates advertorial, offer and product pages from information you provide, and publishes them to a live URL on hosting we arrange for you. Published pages can carry a "Buy Now" button that sends shoppers into your own Shopify checkout.

Two things follow from that, and they matter:

  • We are not part of the transaction. Orders, payments, fulfilment, refunds, and customer service for products sold through your pages are entirely between you and your customer. We do not process those orders and take no responsibility for them.
  • We do not host your store. We host the pages you publish through us. Your Shopify store, your products, and your checkout remain yours and Shopify's.

RevCruise is early-stage software. Features may change, and we may add, alter or withdraw parts of the service. If a change materially reduces what you get on a paid plan, we will tell you first.

Your account

You need an account to use RevCruise. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly at help@revcruise.io if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16, and RevCruise is for business use — it is not intended for consumers.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and exclude VAT or sales tax unless stated; any applicable tax is added at checkout.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If something goes genuinely wrong on our side, email us — we would rather sort it out than stand on this clause.
  • If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is resolved.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Content you provide, and content we generate

Your inputs stay yours. You keep all rights to the brand details, product information, images and Shopify embed code you give us. You grant us the licence we need to host, process and display that material in order to run the service — including sending it to our AI provider to generate page content.

You own the generated pages. As between you and us, the page content produced for you is yours to use. Note that AI output is not always unique — a similar prompt may produce similar output for someone else — so we cannot promise the generated text is exclusive to you or protectable by copyright.

You are responsible for what you publish. This is the important one. AI-generated marketing copy can be confidently wrong, and it can make claims you are not entitled to make. Review every page before you publish it. You are the advertiser. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything on your published pages, including compliance with advertising and consumer-protection law in every market you sell into.

RevCruise applies guardrails intended to keep generated copy in a conservative register, and it blocks certain high-risk claim patterns outright. These guardrails are a safety net, not a compliance review. They do not make your page legal, and we do not review or approve pages before they go live.

Health, supplement, weight-loss, financial and similar regulated categories carry real risk — from regulators such as the FTC, and from ad platforms that will ban an account over a single non-compliant claim. If you sell in those categories:

  • do not state or imply that a product treats, prevents or cures any condition;
  • do not use "guaranteed", "FDA-approved", "clinically proven" or equivalents unless it is true and you can prove it;
  • make sure any testimonial, statistic or before-and-after claim is genuine and substantiated.

Acceptable use

You may not use RevCruise to:

  • publish anything false, deceptive, or in breach of advertising, consumer-protection or product- safety law;
  • publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors;
  • sell prohibited, counterfeit, or unlicensed regulated goods;
  • impersonate anyone, or use a brand, trademark or likeness you do not have the right to use;
  • publish malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive visitors into giving up money or credentials;
  • attack, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to bypass limits on the service;
  • resell or white-label RevCruise as your own product without our written agreement.

If you breach this section we may remove content, unpublish pages, or suspend or terminate your account — immediately and without refund where the breach is serious, illegal, or puts our infrastructure providers at risk.

Third-party services

RevCruise depends on Shopify, Netlify, Stripe, and other providers. Their availability, terms and pricing are outside our control, and their terms apply to you separately where you deal with them directly. We are not liable for their acts, outages, or decisions — including a decision by a hosting or ad platform to remove or restrict your content.

Our intellectual property

The RevCruise software, templates, prompts, branding and everything else we built stays ours. These terms give you a licence to use the service, not ownership of any part of it.

Availability

We aim to keep RevCruise running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance and will try to schedule that sensibly. Published pages are hosted on third-party infrastructure and we cannot guarantee their uptime either.

Warranties

RevCruise is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We specifically do not warrant that:

  • AI-generated content is accurate, original, or legally compliant;
  • your pages will produce sales, traffic, or any commercial result;
  • analytics figures are exact. Buy Now counts in particular are inferred — Shopify renders its checkout button in an iframe we cannot see into — so treat them as a directional signal. Your Shopify order data is the authoritative record.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost data, loss of goodwill, ad-account suspensions, regulatory penalties, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you published through RevCruise, from products you sold through it, or from your breach of these terms.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in the last case, with reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.

On termination your access ends and we may delete your data and unpublish your pages after a reasonable period. Export anything you want to keep before you close your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use RevCruise afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
